If I could have seen the r room they I was checked in for I could leave a review. I followed all steps to check into my room one day prior even to the point of selecting my room only to arrive and be told that there aren’t any rooms and the front desk lady had an attitude. Very horrible and may not use Hilton again after this.

I had an enjoyable one night l stay. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. It is a good start for our next date cruise. Note: pool and hot tub were closed.

I showed up at 1:38 to check into my room, which was prepaid. I was late because my airline travel was delayed by several hours. But since I had already prepaid, I wasn't concerned. Toni (that's what she said her name was, but she wasn't wearing a name tag, and from her pause when I asked her, i'm pretty sure she was lying) was very rude, dismissive and lacking in any sort of customer service inclination. She told me that it was too late to check in because check-ins closed five minutes ago. I explained that my room was already paid for but she didn't care. I asked if I would get a refund and she said, no, because I was a no-show. How can I be a no-show when I am standing in front of you? All the other hotels were full and by the time I gave up, I ended up sleeping in my rental in the parking lot while my paid for room sat empty, unless of course, they had rented it to someone else, while also keeping my money. I recommend staying anywhere else. 19-OCT-2025.

Update:
The general manager called me and he let me know that thus room has been taken out of service so it can be dealt with properly.
Thanks for taking care of it for the next person!
I've stayed at this hotel a number of times, but I won't be back.
The staff were mostly fine and good to work with but those last trip was a disappointment.
Got in late Monday made it to my room and found out I was given a nice upgrade. Perfect so far, except the the cockroach in the bathroom. We all know that if you can see one cockroach, there are at least 1,000 in the walls.
I went to talk to the gentleman at the front desk and was told "there is nothing I can do other than come up there and kill it"
He also let me know know that the hotel was over sold, so I can't even change rooms.
Since it was already after midnight and I had to be at a customer in a few hours I went upstairs killed it, and proceeded to put all my stuff in plastic bags that I keep on me for when issues come up.
What really upset more than anything was that I asked to have the manager know, so it can be dealt with.
However, no calls, no emails, no discounts on my bill (that is was told would be there), just nothing.
I will add that I am a diamond member, so I've stayed at lots of Hilton hotels, but I've had great responses the few times I had an issue, but not here!
