    We flew in on a Saturday and had 2 rooms at this hotel. The shuttle picked us up at Door 1 Location 6 near the baggage claim. The shuttle leaves the hotel at the top and middle of every hour. Our rooms had two beds and a separate living area with a couch and a table with 3 chairs. The rooms were clean. The TVs in one room didn’t work well but that was truly the only inconvenience. The pool was packed so we didn’t go. The evening reception was great. They had snacks and every adult could get 2 complimentary alcohol beverages. They have unlimited non alcoholic beverages. Our kids loved the Shirley Temples with lots of cherries. Shannon at the bar was fantastic. She seemed to truly enjoy her job and was very friendly. The morning shuttle took us to the airport at 6:30 am. We had to depart before breakfast so I can’t comment on it, but they said it’s a hot made to order breakfast.

    DO NOT STAY, UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR VANDALIZED! My stay at this location was nothing short of a nightmare. - Rude Management: The management was dismissive and unprofessional when I raised serious safety concerns. Instead of solutions, I received corporate excuses. - Security Issues: My vehicle was vandalized overnight, with all windows smashed and valuables stolen. The presence of unarmed security did little to reassure me. - Hygiene Problems: I found ants in my hotel room, even in my hair. The management's response? "It's that type of season." Completely unacceptable. - Lack of Accountability: When I reported the vandalism, the Director of Operations was defensive and blamed me for choosing this hotel. My leadership conference was ruined, and I left early feeling unsafe and disrespected. This hotel must do better to protect its guests. I deserve to be heard, and potential guests should be warned.

    Stayed here a few weeks ago. Woke up Tuesday morning to see all four rims and tires were stolen off my rental car in the hotel parking lot. The GM never contacted me and the assistant manager provided limited empathy or assistance. Was offered HH points for the equivalent of a night’s stay, but even that was never delivered. Be aware that if your vehicle is damaged on the property, video feed cannot or will not be exported and there will be no attempts by the property to save the video feed to be viewed at a later date. Hoping this review helps others understand the risk and make an informed decision when choosing a hotel near the airport.

    Everything was perfect!! From checking in to checking out. Easy and quick. Didn’t realize there was a football game the week I took my family but it turned out so much better. We were able to sit with a few other guest and enjoy the game together in the lobby area. Also, the display of the pumpkin contest for the guest to vote was awesome.
