    I've stayed at this hotel 30+ times last year, I am a Diamond member, for whatever that means with Hilton. This is my second time having an issue at this hotel and there will not be a 3rd time. I booked and paid for, Confirmation: 86590421 Navan booking ID: KTRKMI Room type: Suite, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms (Sky Suite) Check-in: Mon, Jan 12, 2026 • 4:00 PM Check-out: Thu, Jan 15, 2026 • 12:00 PM. Now that I'm at the hotel, they have given me a regular king bed, and will not honor what I paid for. They are saying it must have been a mistake and they won't honor. I will not settle this time. I asked for a manager but was told that there is no manager available. Horrible service and this is my last time. I am going to Marriott.

    Location is good but the multiple mistakes from this hotel made this a 1. When we stayed at the hotel the room card did not work after 3 times visiting the front desk. Once returning and asking where we were meeting our shuttle we were told one location, then when the shuttle never showed up we were told a second and watched the shuttle pass the second location without stopping; ended up having to get an uber. Front desk was nice but did not seem to know what she was doing. Will not stay again.

    I believe the purpose of staying in a hotel is to sleep. However, we have had extremely noisy neighbors both nights of our stay, and although I alerted the front desk, nothing seemed to be done about. I am typing this at 12:34am while I listen to the guests next to us yell, scream, bang on things, and laugh. We spend a lot of time in Baltimore but unfortunately we won’t be staying here again. For whatever reason, the guests who stay at this particular hotel think this is appropriate behavior, and the hotel personnel’s lack of action leads me to believe that they agree.

    It started off horribly, when I have to wait almost 2 hours for a hotel shuttle to pick me up from the BWI/AMTRAK Station. When I called to the hotel, the hotel receptionist informed me that they were doing a change a shift meeting at 3pm, and will let the next driver know. 45 mins later I called the hotel back and the hotel receptionist apologized & gave me some excuses on why I still haven't been pickup yet. Around 4pm a shuttle driver came and stated I needed to request to be pickup from there. I informed the driver that on their hotel information i didn't have to. He replied that's not his problem. When I got to the hotel one of the receptionist were very unpleasant when I asked her for my delivered package from Baxter, due to I have to do daily pd dialysis. She just told me to just et a dolly cart & didn't assist me putting the solutions on the cart. I also had a leaking sealing in my bathroom sunday that I had to make 2 request to get it fix.the evening receptionist that day was very unpleasant to talk to like I was bothering her. The leak stopped after 8pm. The Monday morning receptionist apologized for the issues at hand. When I was leaving at checkout, the shuttle service driver was very uncomfortable to talk to ,when I stated thank you & happy Holidays, he just looked at me after giving me my bags and rode off. This is probably one of the worst Embassy Suites I have ever been to, seeing how some of the staff are not pleased to communicate with, some of the hotel guests dress any type of way to the breakfast buffet, when I ordered some food from the hotel and it was giving to me burnt, they're lucky if I ever come to this location ever again. I rather go to the Sheraton if I do come back to Baltimore !
