The wheels were stolen off my car in the parking lot on 12/22/25. You have to sign a waiver to park here, so I didn’t expect compensation. The front desk, towing company, and tire shop all said this happens often in hotel parking lots in the area. There are 9 reviews on google within the past year reporting theft in this lot. At some point, a wavier is not enough. Charging for parking (for park and fly or when included in the price of the room) without a single security camera in an area with rampant car theft is irresponsible. Why not install one of the many inexpensive cameras available nowadays? If for no other reason than to help the police and community get a handle on this problem?
The hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful otherwise. The room was clean.

My daughter and I were stuck because of a snow storm and was able to get a room relatively inexpensive. Room was clean, returant food was fine and they had a self serve snack bar 24/7.
I would definitely stay their again.

Hotel is nice and everything is great but I’m giving three stars because I didn’t get any cookie at the check-in, even upon asking. Also, the coffee machine downstairs is out of order and the one in room doesn’t work either.

We stayed in this hotel during last week of October. The hotel experience was terrible for us. I was with my daughter and wife, the front desk didn't let us check in early, first they gave us a single bed room in one tower, then we went to appeal for a different room, they increased our daily rate for a two bedroom, never sent us to the right tower, we kept on looking for the room in wrong building, finally we settled in the room with burn mark on the study table. Worst was the phone call from teh front desk the night before check out; we were called to find an alternative at 9pm at night because there will be anticipated power outage in the area. We told them that they should arrange for us in some other hotel but were blatantly declined. The hotel and their staff refused to give us a break on our bill. It was useless to leave a message on the voice mail of their manger afterwards for any reconsideration.

The star is for the wonderful young lady and the gentleman that answered the phone professionally when called. The unprofessionalism wasn't until the manager, Jackie came to the phone. In all my years, I have never!! It wasn't so much that she wasn't right about what she was saying. I respect that. Her tone and sarcasm was not that of a professional that had been in the hotel business for 11 years as she let me know. I would like to believe that Jackie was only pretending to be the manager. When I looked at the rating for this hotel while talking to her, I clearly understood the low rating. The blessing is that after dealing with her, I called another Hilton Hotel in the same vicinity. I received top notch service and an amazing stay.
