    I reserved a room here for Charm City Countdown 2024. Amazing. The rooms are huge. The bed was so comfortable, I forgot I wasn't at home. Cannot wait for Charm City Countdown 2025.

    Terrible hotel towels, super expensive restaurant and snack bar, plus the van shuttle took forever, lots of little things also you had to ask about breakfast for them to give you a free breakfast voucher you had to ask about Wi-Fi for them to give you a Wi-Fi code. Overall not bad just not a 4 star hotel.

    This review is simply for Parking reservation/airport shuttle made with 3rd party to park our car at BWI Hilton for 4 nights. Please be advised that Hilton shuttle bus leaves hotel every 30 min not on demand. Also, we had to wait 30 minutes for pickup from Airport back to our car (3 calls to Front desk and somehow there was a breakdown in communication with hotel/driver which is entirely the fault of the hotel and not the 3rd party parking company). We will not be using the Hilton BWI for airport parking any longer.

    We accidentally booked one night through Booking.com and contacted the hotel immediately afterward. Unfortunately, the hotel has not responded to any of our messages.
