- CSCharon ShiffletteJan 1, 20264.0House keeping is good, breakfast was good, the washing machine doesn't really work, I tried to wash clothes and clothes were soaked and still had laundry detergent on them, wash was $3.50 which I was told they don't own the machines so they couldn't refund the money or rewash the clothes but they would check if I could wash my load in house keepers machine and would get back to me every came back so I had to go to the laundry mat, Not only dealing with this I was dealing with my Mother not doing well and I had to wash her clothes so this task bought on to much stress so I packed us up and left. Smh

- LSLevi S.Nov 16, 20253.0Clean room, comfortable bed. Full fridge as advertised. No issues there. Location is great. Gas station and food places close by - just across the road. The stay started off poorly because they failed to let me know prior to booking their indoor pool was closed. They did offer to grant me access to a sister establishment but that was just an inconvenience especially with a child in tow. I could have just booked a room there to begin with. Room had a ceiling fan which was noisy and didn't have a remote or other control to vary the speed. Pretty sure the fan was previously damaged because it looked a little bent looking at it from the side. This is a potential safety hazard. Then my room was accessed even though I had my do not disturb.sign on the door. Left it up when I stepped out, came back with it still on the door. Room had been cleaned. Don't think this is typical of their normal service and probably will not hold it against them. But this trip had some slight disappointments and annoyances.

- LMLee MillerNov 4, 20253.0Love the location of this Hotel, however there are definitely some things that are wrong. The pool has been broken down for months that not usable. The doors easily slammed making a loud noise and making this Hotel one the loudest I’ve ever been in because people do not respect anyone else and they let the door slam rather than slowly close them. Still the Hotel should fix these door so it’s not so noisy. It’s constant in the morning that couple with a very large trash truck at 6:10 AM picking up dumpsters well let’s just say it was super noisy for that too. When I come into the main lobby, there is often no one behind the desk literally you walk up and you Wait. They eventually show up but it happens all the time anyway I don’t wanna sound like I’m complaining too much because this stay was OK in general and the room is great. So at all, it is a very mixed view that I’m getting on the Hotel.
