Everything about my stay was wonderful. Spacious and clean rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaning personnel. All lobby and main areas were clean and wonderfully decorated. Would greatly recommend to anyone going to a Washington Redskins football game as there is a shuttle that only takes about 10 min (at most with traffic) to get to the stadium. Great food and great overall!

whole wall electric sockets kept going out randomly. and the reviews are true about them being rude, the short cut blonde hair lady at front desk has a bad attitude. i lit my candle because of the smell in the room and when i put it out the smoke set the alarm off. she sent the maintenance man but he took a good 20 minutes. i called back to the front desk because i was starting to get a headache. she said "Yeah hes coming. *click*. Then when i went down another time as i was leaving to ask her a question, she was talking on the phone through her apple watch to a family member lol a mess. The stay was decent, rooms are nice area is nice but the electrical plugs barely worked. had to turn the breaker on and off a few times myself. when it was time to check out i came down stairs to return my key and a ups driver was waiting at the desk. this same lady was in the back for a long time to a point the driver yelled to the back. she came out with a attitude like we were inconveniencing her.

Save your money and go elsewhere where you’re respected and treated better these people don’t care nothing about you. They’re money hungry and charge your card without your knowledge. The manager is rude the breakfast was good that’s the only great thing about this hotel but it’s not worth the way you’re treated. They put on a facade. That light skin manager is the worst please save yourself the headache and find a different hotel. If you don’t care about being treated with respect then by all means book here I’m glad my stay with them is over never will I ever come back here for my sanity it’s just not worth it. I immediately said I was gonna give a bad review for how I was treated and was told I was gonna get banned from there .. clearly I’m not the only one writing bad reviews though so I’m confused because I spoke on what I was going to do vs being sneaky and doing it behind yall back im the villian??? But there’s plenty of bad reviews on this hotel already from different people.. so I’m really confused!! was I supposed to keep quiet and not speak up for myself like a scared little kid? No ma’am we’re all grown and I deserve to be respected and talked to with respect. Customer service is everything and they definitely don’t care about their guests
