We just stayed here with a tour group and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It is in serious disrepair, dirty, the carpet in our room was lumpy, the walls had a lot of water damage, and we had a lot of lady beetles on the ceiling. Just really nasty.
I added pictures of the gaping hole in the shower, the mold under the bathroom wallpaper, and the door the looked like it suffered water damage and was painted over. There was more water damage in the room, but it was hard to get a picture of because the rooms are so dimly lit with dark flooring and furniture.
And my roommate found a long dark hair in her bed when we checked in on the first night. If I wasn't with a group, I would have checked out and stayed somewhere else.
Tour groups considering this hotel should think again if they want a good recommendation or repeat business.

Breakfast was not the greatest. It was warm and worked if you didn't want to go anywhere for breakfast but that was the only good thing about it. Dinner and the bar were great though.

We stayed at this DoubleTree Hilton and were disappointed with some parts of the experience. The night shift check-in staff was not friendly and had an attitude, which gave a poor first impression. On the bright side, we received warm, tasty cookies and appreciated the free parking.
The room was spacious, but the carpet felt moist, and several basic amenities were missing — no toothbrush, cotton buds, comb, or drinking water. There were also no coffee mugs, only hand soap and makeup remover, along with tea, coffee, and creamer. The blanket and pillow covers were too small and didn’t fit properly, which made the bedding uncomfortable. This was below the usual DoubleTree Hilton standard.
There was no bellboy service, and we couldn’t access the pool during our stay. The free coffee and tea station in the lobby was also out of order.
On a positive note, the hostess at the restaurant were friendly and helpful, and the check-out staff was polite and friendly.

Had a great time staying there to go to a football game. Stay and shuttle to and from the game was great! Would have given 5 stars on service but the front desk manager wasn’t too personable. Even my wife noticed when requesting assistance.
