Excellent hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Small refrigerator with no freezer. The bar has a happy hour with two free drinks and a very large breakfast buffet with an omelette station.

Rooms looked nice but had several issues. Phone didn't work to call for service, no problem go down and order, there were 2 people working a very large crowd so that doesn't work. Called from my cell, done.
Heat in room didn't work, sent a space heater. Elevators were out of order or very slow for 8 floors.
Staff did everything to help they just need more help!

Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast buffet and cooked to order omelettes. Some of the elevators are out of service, ice machine on our floor didn’t work, in room fridge temperature control was broken and froze our food and drinks.

Great amenities but disappointed by roaches.
My husband stays here often for business, and overall this is actually a great hotel, spacious rooms, nice extras. The free breakfast includes made-to-order omelets and waffles, there are complimentary reverse osmosis water bottles, fresh-baked cookies in the evening, and even a happy hour with snacks and drinks.
Unfortunately, during our most recent stay, we had a disappointing experience with cleanliness. When we were in room 232, I woke up around 2:30 a.m. (I’m six months pregnant) to use the bathroom and found a black cockroach crawling on the floor, which my husband had to kill and flush. The next afternoon, I saw a brown roach scurry across the table and onto the wall in the living room area.
When I called the front desk, they offered to move us to room 428. However, when we went up to check the new room, we immediately noticed a large dead brown roach against the wall near the TV. At that point, we decided to leave.
I also noticed that the pool water looked quite murky, so I wouldn’t have tried swimming in it.
I really hope management addresses these cleanliness and pest/maintenance issues, because otherwise this hotel has a lot going for it and could easily be a five-star stay.
