Great location. This Hampton Inn is well maintained, with friendly staff and clean rooms. Prices as a Hilton Honors member are fair.

There is a thief working at this hotel! Do not trust them to do the right thing if there is an issue. They may play kind, caring, and not care at all. My property was taken by an employee and they said I have no proof so I am at a total loss ($1000.00+) for my stolen tech and glasses. It took over a month for them to file a claim and provide a claim number, ran me though the ringer suggesting police reports and such. I live out of town! How does one prove what they brought into the hotel and what was taken? You can't unless you are recording everything at everything moment, so the thief gets away with taking whatever they want! If you must stay there, record everything and document all of your valuables inside the room! Still not sure how you are suppse to prove they were stolen. Good luck with this place, sticky fingers is on duty!

I was given one room after another on the 5th floor each one with damage or wires exposed. On the third room change I gave up. I unfortunately only took a pick of the exposed wires in the first room. After checking out on the 12th night they informed me their system was down. Once their system was up they emailed me informing me of damage to the AC cove and that it will be a $100 charge. Manager will state she will never put a guest in a room with damage like that, but from my picture of exposed wires that seems untrue.

Something broken in every room we stayed in. We were moved three times during our stay. Rude manager of house keeping. Elevator were eh at best making scary sounds. Rats out back, dirty outside, never any doggy bags. No bathroom fans and windows are lock. I'd stay somewhere else if I were you.

Hampton Inns are our go-to for clean rooms, great service, and a good breakfast. This one abuts a little shopping center, so it’s a short walk if you need to pick something up. Pro tip: If you like Hilton chain hotels as much as we do, get the app for easy reservations, contactless registration and digital room keys.
