Had a room with 2 queen beds because that was the only option with a microwave and fridge that I wanted. Room was clean and as expected for this type of hotel. Bed and blankets were good but the pillows were the worst quality ever, fluffy down that looks big but flattens to a hard one inch pancake once your head is on it. Since I was there for a week, I want to the discount store across the parking lot from the hotel and got a two pack of firm Queen pillows for 25 dollars which was well worth it. Hotel always has hot and fresh coffee in the lobby and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is convenient with lots of restaurants and grocery stores within 5 minutes. On several occasions there were large loud groups of guests stinking up the entry and elevators with herbaceous smells.

I have stayed here several times while traveling for work. Staff was helpful and offered to comp rewards points when there was a mix-up with my room (got a queen instead of a king bed, so not the end of the world). Room was clean, but there were some cosmetic issues and here and there. The PU leather on the ottoman was peeling off. The breakfast was pretty good and they seem to keep it stocked well. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, especially for a business trip.
