My only complaint my room 518 had mold growing in the shower. For such a fine property I would expect the bathrooms to be mold free. I didn't complain because I was in a hurry to get on the road.

We were downstairs just before 9:30, (breakfast goes until 10:00) They were out of meat, potatoes, and oatmeal and the attendant said she was’t refilling anything. I counted 42 people in the breakfast area while we were waiting in-line and several more came in after us. I have never been to a Hilton property that doesn’t keep a full breakfast available until 10:00, especially when there are still so many people who haven’t had breakfast yet.

It took 2 hours, and my phone call to the Hilton Diamond Desk to eventually bypass the Front Desk Manager (who was off site and available only by phone) to finally reach the general manager. In 15 minutes, she had the maintenance supervisor at the hotel and opening my door with the required digital coding equipment. Needless to say, I checked out the next morning and completed my week long stay at a nearby Home2Suites. Still waiting for my Hampton canceled stay points to be refunded. Very poor service by Front Desk Manager and undertrained front desk staffer alone at desk overnight.
