Rooms: This is the worst Hampton (Hilton) property I have stayed in. As many have previously said the rooms are dated. Dated is one thing, abused is another. These rooms have not been properly cared for in a long time. The owner will soon be posting an apology and a "we are on the update list and will have fresh, new rooms soon." This is simply NO EXCUSE. This excuse only allows you to continue mismanaging the property and feel better about not doing your job. Service: The night service was dreadful. I had to wait until morning to get a price match from the actual Hilton website! Location: The driving path to the hotel was not clearly marked and needs re-paved. Frederick visitors, please don't stay. There are other properties within eye shot. Go There. The bright spot ... breakfast. The breakfast cook was kind and thoughful so I left with at least a positive thought. Hilton Corporate ... are you listening?
