During my stay, the hotel began drilling in the room across the hall at 7:30am which woke me up. When I reached out to the front desk via text, I received no response. After checking out, I talked to the front desk. The employee was smiling and laughing and then said “what do you want me to do about it”. He offered a solution of giving me a discount off of my stay and then decided to lessen the amount he was taking off.

In the past I have stayed at this and other Hilton locations and been pleased with the experience. Here, the towels were stained, the walls showed signs of water damage as did the light switch. The bed was hard and loud, creaking with every move. The service was decent but the room was terrible.
