    Clean, comfortable. Manager was very friendly and d accommodating. There was a very nice lady tending to the breakfast buffet that made all the difference.

    Complete lack of hospitality here for Hilton cc holders and diamond members. If you don’t value top tier clients than who? Cheryl at breakfast is extremely unpleasant and the food was gross. Shower faucet could only remain on cold or so hot you would burn yourself. Upon making front desk, staff aware I wasn’t even given an apology. Never mind issuing any kind of refund for not being able to shower. Room was $160 for one night on a random Monday. The manager, Jeff left something to be desired and lack genuine professionalism when resolving problems. Can’t recommend and won’t be back. Keep in mind they aren’t even updated with digital key rooms so you have to check in at the desk. Even had an issue with changing rooms upon check in, seems absolutely insane for the front desk to literally not be able to do its One job. No fridge or microwave in my room and was definitely dated, stained and overall needs a renovation.

    Frontdesk personnel and those servicing breakfast were all extremely pleasant and helpful, exactly what you need after 4 hr driving. Rooms at Front are bit more noisy due to proximity to the road.

    Very loud A/C. Bathroom wasn't as clean as one would hope, and had a sewer type smell when first walking in (sprayed are to cover up). Room was ok, small, but ok. Wasn't a huge fan of the shades there, especially with houses and people walking outside that can see you. Staff were very friendly at check in and leaving (though I don't know why I need to addressed when leaving when you offer self check out. Why offer if I am still going to be asked am I checking out and what room? Nonetheless it's merely staff doing their job amd again, the front counter staff both in the evening and morning were great, and friendly. Also had trouble with loading my reservation into my phone app that used CC points to pay for. Continued to say couldn't find it, but the front desk helped when checking in. Didn't eat breakfast or use any other amenities to comment on. Rooms came with some movie channels which was nice...some hilton hotel's do not. Carpet in hallways look newish, but time to spend some money and update the Rooms a bit. Also maybe some new lighting and outlets with some USB-C than just USB. Just some thoughts. That being said, the price for the room is too high for quality of rooms. I guess you're charging just because of area....but room is $130-140 a night...not $160+
