    This hotel is ok. The rooms and hallways are worn and not spotless (our room had a hole in the bathroom door and the carpet was dirty). The breakfast selection is ok but not a lot of healthy options although the food they served was good. The breakfast staff (Dwayne and I believe her name was Laurie) were awesome and deserve kudos for running a one person show in the restaurant. Overall the stay was fine but due to the condition and cleanliness of the property, not up to what I'd expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. Location is great.

    When I checked into my FIRST room, the A/C was broken. When I was told to relocate into my SECOND room in the SAME HOTEL, there was a mouse. After I called the front desk about it, I was basically told that there's nothing they can do. They didn't even offer an upgraded room for the inconvenience of one of the worst Hilton experiences I have ever had. Do not stay at this Hilton Garden Inn, avoid at all costs!

    DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR INDOOR POOL/JACUZZI HOT TUBS BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE ANY OF THESE AMENITIES AND IT LIES ON GOOGLE AND BOOKING.COM SAYING IT HAS THESE AMENITIES AVAILABLE EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVENT BEEN IN SERVICE FOR 3 YEARS!!! they have no problems taking your money and not informing anybody that there's no longer these AMENITIES nor the outside pool because that is seasonal!!!. They offer breakfast which is completely TRASH almost 19$ a person for nasty breakfast if you call it that I wouldn't 🤔.... the staff upon check in was so completely rude and didn't care about me or my crying son that we were completely deceived thinking we are booking a weekend for the freaking indoor pool an jacuzzi WE SHOULD BE REFUNDED THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A LITTLE ENJOYABLE GETTAWAY IN WHICH I DROVE 4 HOURS OUT OF MY WAY TO TRY AND ENJOY THESE AMENITIES WITH MY FAMILY LIKE IVE DONE BEFORE BUT NO OF COURSE THAT DIDNT HAPPEN AT ALL!!. I'M SO TURNED OFF ILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN NOTHING WILL OR COULD MAKE THIS RIGHT UNLESS I GET MY MONEY BACK OR AT LEAST HALF BECAUSE I WAS BAIT AND SWITCHED SOLD LIES!
