I was very impressed with the lack of a parking lot view most hotels give. The rooms were comfortable with good shower pressure. The staff was very friendly and even gave us some more warm cookies after coming in from a Halloween Party at 2AM. That cookie saved my life 😂

The facility is clean and well maintained with food and bar area that has everything you would need. But what makes this place special is the extremely nice and helpful staff. One note, given its proximity to sporting centers, a lot of families are here. So don’t be surprised with kids running around.

My room had a mildew smell to it and the floor was damp as if something was/had been leaking. The room is out of date and the furniture is worn in. I had to book another room due to not feeling comfortable in the room. The lobby is 5-star, but the rooms are 2-star.

The next morning, I went downstairs to get some tea due to not feeling well, Paul stopped what he was doing to aid me in finding a potential solution to soothe my throat. The lobby, bar and breakfast areas are spacious. We will use the hotel again when in the area.
