    Staff wasn’t very friendly at check in. Parties ran till 1am in several rooms. Doors slammed all night long. Cops in the parking lot. Don’t bring your family here. Great place if you’re in your twenties and don’t care.

    Traveled to the Hampton Inn (Camp Springs, MD) due to a funeral. The rooms were fine, but the service at the front desk left a lot to be desired. The young lady at the front desk was extremely rude. "Customer service is definitely not the field she should be in.

    Be cautious and note everything before checking out from this hotel. I was wrongly charged $50 for a missing remote, despite not watching TV in the room. The TV was on with my name on the screen and my Hilton Gold status. I spent a couple of hours working on my laptop, then left for work. I checked out via the app, but was shocked to see the remote charge added to my bill. When I visited the hotel to dispute it, the front desk staff accused me of lying and insisted the TVs are always off, claiming the TV couldn't have been on when I arrived. Be careful with this location, as I feel I may have been scammed.
