Oftentimes a problem becomes an opportunity for a company to show its best side and that was our experience here. We had a housekeeping hiccup that was resolved quickly and completely to our satisfaction. The hotel's location was perfect for our stay, the bed comfy, room spacious and the shower powerful We will stay again.

We have to come up to Bethesda, Maryland once every month or two in order for my daughter to get her prosthetic leg adjusted at Walter Reed, Medical Center. Every time we come into town, we stay at this hotel. The staff is wonderful and extremely accommodating, I feel like at this point they have a note in my file because I always ask for extra blankets, and they are always wonderful and bring me some.
Our medical appointments are usually first thing in the morning, so we haven’t been able to take advantage of the hotel breakfast, but I love that I can grab a cup of coffee or tea before heading out.

The guy at the front desk, Christian, has a serious attitude problem and absolutely no business working in customer service. His behavior was rude, unprofessional, and honestly embarrassing for a hotel that carries the Hilton name.
My company paid for my stay, and I told him clearly that I could email the authorization form. Instead of doing his job, he decided to make things difficult, demanding a “handwritten” signed document like it was the 1990s. I already spoke with the manager, who told me to email the paperwork and that he would instruct Christian to check it and put me in a room. But Christian wanted to act stubborn and pretend I never said that. When I called him out on his lie, he suddenly got quiet because he knew he was caught.
After I emailed the paperwork, he claimed he couldn’t find it and then had the nerve to look at the authorization on my phone and say, “What?! What is this?! Nah that don’t mean anything.” His tone was nasty, disrespectful, and completely uncalled for.
I sat in the lobby for almost three hours because of his incompetence, attitude, and refusal to follow simple directions. When the manager came out again, even he was shocked Christian didn’t do what he was told the first time.
I told the manager I did not want to deal with Christian anymore because of his nasty attitude, but the manager ignored that and still let Christian check me in. Not once did I get an apology from anyone working there.
This place is unprofessional, and Christian is the worst front desk employee I’ve ever dealt with. He clearly needs to go back to training or go find a job where he doesn’t have to communicate with human beings, because customer service is definitely not for him.
If you decide to book and stay here and if you see Christian at the front desk my advice is to walk out. Or you will be sleeping in the lobby for him being known for not booking anyone into any rooms
