l've always enjoyed staying at this hotel — the staff have been patient and friendly every time, and my previous stay last month was excellent. However, on October 27, during my current stay (October 25-28), I had an unpleasant experience. I recommended this hotel to my friend, who checked in today, and I helped him with the check-in using my own credit card. As a Hilton Gold member, I asked Brandon at the front desk if my friend could be upgraded to a corner room. He said it would cost $60, and I agreed to pay for the upgrade. Then I simply asked if I could have two bottles of water as part of my membership benefit. To my surprise, he refused - even though I've always received them before. I explained that l've been a loyal guest and had just referred a new customer, but he completely ignored me. I felt disrespected and discriminated against, which was deeply disappointing coming from a brand I've trusted for so long. I would appreciate an explanation or response from Hilton regarding this experience.

Came down with my entire family from New Jersey to visit as we had a funeral, Kelly and Brandon at the front are absolutely outstanding with customer service!! Wholeheartedly believe these two deserve the recognition and a raise! Always smiling, saying good morning or afternoon. Everyone is so quick to talk about the bad experience. Here’s some positive - some of the cleanest rooms I have ever seen within a hotel. The restaurant staff is beyond friendly and always willing to help out. The amenities? A wonderful bonus!!!! Parking garage is attached with makes for super easy entry to the hotel. Honestly would always recommend staying here☺️ would come back just simply because of Kelly and Brandon!

I have been to a lot of hotels, but this one is by far the best! Wonderful staff at check-in (shout out to Berta & Yannicks for going above & beyond) and excellent clean / spacious rooms. Perfect for my remote work while I was staying. It was nice to wake up to the smiling and friendly faces at their delicious breakfast (Juana, Elizabeth, Blanca, Myriam...I know I am forgetting a few..sorry...always made me feel so welcome). They have a wide variety to choose from, but you cannot wrong with their yummy made-to-order omelets. While leaving & coming back to the hotel, I was greeted with "good morning" or "hello" from their friendly staff as soon as a I walked off the elevator (even with my doggies...lol). At night, you are treated to 2 free drinks at their bar & restaurant with complimentary snacks. Joe & Helen are fantastic to talk to and are truly professional. The flat bread pizza and fries were delicious - highly recommend. I cannot say enough of the kind and helpful people at this hotel. I did not want to leave because of how great my wife, fur babies, and myself were treated. Truly a gem and would definitely recommend and stay again!
