Woke Up with Bedbug, Terrible management. Real review with photos.
Disappointed and Concerned After Our StayI stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis with my family (two adults, two kids) in a room with two double beds. On the morning of our departure, I woke up with clear bedbug bites.
I didn’t make a scene at the front desk — it was busy — but I told them directly: “The room needs to be checked. I’ll follow up later.” I did exactly that. The manager replied two days later saying they would investigate thoroughly and get back to me. I never heard another word.
This is unacceptable. Bedbugs are a serious issue, and guests deserve a prompt and transparent response. I’ve reported the incident to the Maryland Health Department.
I’m leaving this review so others are aware. I expected better from Hilton.
