Old carpets, broken wallboard in places, missing thermostats, and elevators that shake and make scary clunking sounds. Housekeeping service of rooms was totally lacking. This is branded a Hampton Inn but is more like a Days Inn. Hilton should review the franchise.

- DLDonna LackNov 16, 20251.0This room was a dump. I was very disappointed because I almost always stay at Hampton Inns because you can count on them to be clean and nice. In our room, the fire alarm was ripped off the wall and left a crumbling hole. The thermostat was missing and there were screw holes in the wall. The toilet seat lid came completely off in my hand. The hand soap and lotion dispensers were pulled off the wall and sat on the sink. The soap dispenser in the bathtub was was torn of the wall. The veneer on the refrigerator door was peeling. We told the front desk about the condition of the room, but the guy just mumbled, "I'm sorry." Very disappointing.

It's has some good qualities such as the staff are very nice and friendly, they let us check in early, and allowed our group (we had over 8 families with us) to hang out in the common areas during the evening..as far as the stay goes, well... The appearance isn't the greatest such as paint chipping, door frames messed up, have to hold the handle down on the toilet forever to get the toilet to flush, the fridge doesn't work, but we looked over all that since we were only staying one night. But then when we tried going to bed and watch TV.. we tried getting the TV to work for an hour and finally called the front desk. They said they do not know how to fix it and said they would switch our room instead of just switching out a TV or fixing it. At 11:30 at night🙄. I wasn't packing everything up for 4 people, So we laid in to dark and just tried to go to sleep. So if you don't care about cleanliness and half broken amenities and just need a place to stay it's ok, but if you are looking for luxury you definitely will not find that here.
