I arrive at the hotel and there are two people behind the desk but only one woman is helping. There is a line of three people ahead of me and one behind me. They are having trouble with one persons reservation and send him away to get dinner to allow time for it to show up. I am third in line and wait at least 20 minutes. When I get to the counter I am told the same story, they cannot find my reservation and I am told to step aside. I ask how long it will take and they had no answer. I ended up leaving and booking elsewhere. The woman was rude and not helpful at all, and didnt care that people who are traveling and waiting to check in have to wait even longer.
