The hotel was fine minus the howling dog next door at 6 am. The front desk person Julia was extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. She literally refused to give me her name.

I stayed here during the last two weeks of October and had a terrible experience. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. I got bed bug bites, and I’m still dealing with the itch and discomfort.
There was cereal on the floor next to my bed for the entire stay, it was never cleaned. One day, housekeeping left behind a half-drunk water bottle and didn’t even replace the towels.
The service and hygiene were awful. I will not be staying here again.

Stayed here this past weekend for my friends wedding celebration. The rooms were great and Tom, the operations manager, was fantastic and really went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible time during our stay. Absolutely would return!

The only entrance to the parking lot was blocked by cones and ribbons - making it very confusing - we tried to find a different entrance and then figured out that we were supposed to squeeze our car between the curb and the cones - and then they had a large portion of the lot sealed off making it difficult to find a parking space. The sealed portions were clearly dry - I complained to the front desk who indicated nothing could be done. Then when we tried to check out early the next day no one was there at the front desk! The app did not let me check out either and I had to call the front desk when they were there later in the day. The room was fine but I will try to stay elsewhere next time.

Couldn’t enjoy the pool area because of children throwing baseballs inside of the pool area. When I complained to the front desk she was rude and nasty basically told me to deal with it. Will never give this place my money again.
