As a matter of fact, she didn't even have an apologetic tone. It was more like, "I hate the summer because of the bugs." I was a bit taken back by the lack of professionalism but didn't make an issue of it. I also noticed her provide bottled water to CERTAIN guests; 🤔. Other than that my room was clean and the beds are really comfy..
