A big thumbs up to Mark on the Reception Area he always assist me whenever I have concerns in the room, I work in a hotel industry also and I notice his extra mile when it comes to his guest request or inquiry. He was offering alternatives or solution to my inquiries so a great kudos to him. Forbes 5 star for me. Another one to commend is Ms. Emma in the breakfast dining area, she is always smilling and assisting the guest, some guest knows her and hug her when meeting her, I think its her positive energy that gives us a slight boost in the morning as a guest in the hotel. Everything is almost perfect I think some powerful exhaust for the room or biddet would be helpful 🙃 I enjoy my stay all in all ☺️
