The rooms do not keep out noise; you will hear the water from showers and toilets flushing rushing past the room just outside the walls. If people are talking out in the hallway, you will hear their voices clearly. This woke me up on multiple occasions during my stay. Also, the bed was not very comfortable. Something about the pillows or mattress made it difficult to get settled in for the night. The hotel is in an excellent, accessible location, and they have a great restaurant on the main floor. But having a quiet and comfortable room is vital for a great hotel; and unfortunately this hotel does not have those things.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, the room was comfortable, and what truly stood out was how friendly and welcoming the staff were — they made our stay extra special.
