  Easy check-in with exceptional service and friendly staff. Tea and coffee are available 24/7 as complimentary amenities. The room was clean and fully equipped. If you need toothpaste, simply ask at the front desk, and they will provide it. Breakfast is included at no extra charge. The location is central, especially near The Forks Market, which offers numerous food stalls and two coffee bars. Everything is within walking distance.

  What a wonderful stay to say the least. Upon arriving we were a little timid as the outside of the buildings isn’t anything to write home about, but the second we walked in, we were met with extremely friendly and helpful staff, a beautiful lobby along with a bar and restaurant within view. We dealt with arshdeep, she was very kind and understanding , we told her about our poor experience at the alt hotel and she felt for us , listened and even gave us a goody bag , she made feel extremely welcomed , and respected. The rooms are beautiful , amazing balcony , very nice big tv , clean comfy bed , spectacular bathroom, my wife and I have never had a better overall experience in a hotel, we will recommend this hotel to any and everyone , cannot wait for our next stay! :)

  Nous avons passé 1 nuit à cet hôtel et c’était tout simplement parfait ! La chambre est spacieuse, très propre, silencieuse et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable également. Tout s’est bien passé durant notre séjour. Mention spéciale pour le staff qui est très gentil et très aidant pour n’importe quelle demande. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages pour toute la journée et les reprendre le soir pour voyager. Je ne sais plus exactement le nom de la personne qui était présente le 7 décembre et qui assurait l’accueil jusqu’à 11h le soir (roudi ?) mais il a été incroyablement gentil avec nous, nous proposant de nous asseoir quelques heures avant l’arrivé de notre train et plusieurs boissons chaudes. J’ai beaucoup discuté avec lui et je voulais le remercier personnellement ! Si nous sommes de passage à Winnipeg nous reviendrons dans votre établissement. Merci !

  Stayed 3 nights (quick check In was appreciated) Rooom was very clean and comfortable. Loved breakfast with fresh hot and cold items. Every staff member was friendly and helpful.

  Very nice updated rooms and dining area. A very central location, close to the Rbc Convention centre and I found it easy to walk over there in minutes.
