  Very well kept, clean and up to date hotel and rooms. Staff are all around very friendly and helpful. Shuttle is always readily available and very convenient location close to the airport and local malls and restaurants.

  Both rooms I've booked are clean. Front desk are helpful with my needs. There is free breakfast/coffee in the morning, its pretty good. There's also a gym in front of the pool, it got a cable machine and dumbles.

  It’s the staff here that make this such a great place to stay. Along with very nice rooms, clean and comfortable beds.. this place will not disappoint you.

  This was an excellent and very comfortable hotel while we were visiting the Winnipeg Canada area this past month!!! Customer Service: 5 Location: 5 Parking: N/A, but is available if you've rented a car Cleanliness: 5 Reservations: 5 Comfort: 5 Breakfast: 5 This hotel is situated just 5 minutes from the Winnipeg international Airport. We decided for our weekend trip to the area that we would spend four nights at this hotel, and the reservation process was quick and easy. Upon arrival to the international Airport, we were quickly able to locate the free hotel shuttle. Upon arrival of this hotel the staff employees that we spoke with were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Once we finally got checked in and in our room,  we noticed that the staff was maintaining the facility at a very high standard of cleanliness. Lastly, the spouse and I truly enjoyed our visit with a very comfortable night of rest at a very affordable rate. We decided to pay the additional daily fee for use of their restaurant for breakfast. The restaurant is a buffet style and offers plenty of healthy options for everyone. For guests that didn't pay for breakfast, there is other nearby facilities within walking distance from the hotel.

  🚨 EXTREMELY UNSAFE – DO NOT STAY HERE At 1:00 a.m., while my family and I were asleep, two unknown women entered our hotel room using working key cards, turned on the lights, and woke us up in complete shock. We were undressed, and our young child began crying in fear after seeing strangers inside our room. This incident represents a severe breach of security, privacy, and basic hotel safety standards. The fact that multiple guests were issued identical room keys is absolutely unacceptable and dangerous. When we reported this to the front desk, the staff failed to provide any clear explanation, showed no urgency, and did not handle the situation professionally. No proper apology or reassurance was given. As a result, I felt terrified, unsafe, and unable to sleep for the rest of the night. This experience caused significant emotional distress to both me and my child. This hotel cannot be trusted with guest safety, especially for families. I will never stay here again and strongly warn others to avoid this place.
