Great location opposite historic Worcester Train station. The Worcester train station, known as Union Station, is a historic landmark that is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1911 and designed in the Beaux Arts style by architects Watson and Huckel, the station is a significant piece of the city's history and a beautiful example of Beaux Arts architecture. Also located near by several famous universities including Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Clark University, Worcester State University, Assumption University, and College of the Holy Cross. You also have Quinsigamond Community College nearby, as well as specialized schools like the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and the UMass Chan Medical School.

Edited to add: They did reimburse me for the night after I left this review. That is very appreciated, but they still need to figure out the cleaning situation.

Bloody bedding and dried vomit in the bathroom. The most disgusting hotel room I’ve ever been in.
Knew it would be a late arrival so requested a digital key and picked out a room in the app when making the reservation. Got there around 1:30am and never received the digital key, so instead of being able to go right to the room had to go to the desk and do the whole check in process.
The room I selected was not actually available because IT WAS NOT CLEAN. Why was it even an option then?!?
Got reassigned to a room I didn’t want and went up for the night. Turned on the lamps by bed and immediately saw a big dark stain showing through the sheets right by the pillows. Pulled the sheets back to see what was going on and was greeted with large blood stains where my head would have been. Checked the rest of the bed and found various stains including one with texture - don’t even want to know what it was.
Bathroom had dried vomit splatters inside of the vanity cabinet next to the toilet.
Went back down and had to get a new room. It was after 3am by the time I got any sleep and had to be back up early.
4 hours of sleep, bloody sheets, and vomit for $150 and they had the nerve to give me 10,000 bonus points to try and make up for it. I don’t know they I will ever stay at another Hilton.
Avoid this place!!

Let’s get one thing straight — this is a 3-star hotel, not the Ritz, so keep your tiara in your suitcase. The location’s great, right by DCU, and you get free parking (which in this economy is basically a love letter). Free breakfast too — though you might have to fight for your muffin like it’s Black Friday.
The staff? Friendly enough to make you smile, unless it’s breakfast rush hour (9–10 a.m.) when both guests and kitchen crew enter what I can only describe as The Hunger Games: Waffle Edition. One minute you’re asking for coffee, the next you’re questioning your life choices while a guy in pajamas elbows you for the last sausage link.
Still, it’s perfect for a short stay — one or two nights before you escape to somewhere quieter, like Times Square.
