    Prepaid for a room for my son.who was in town for a few weeks. Had no issue the first time. This time I got a really good deal through the reservation desk. They said their policy had changed within a week so they would not accept my Amex unless my son had a physical card. Sounds fishy??

    I love staying at Hampton Inns on our travels, and our stay at this location has been quite comfortable with the Exception of the noisy occupants in the room above ours! Loud footsteps were heard and felt up until a bit after midnight, and now have begun again at 5:15 AM! Thankfully my husband is a deep sleeper and hasn’t been disturbed. I’m sure this is likely an unusual occurrence, and I don’t want to bother the front desk staff at this early hour with any sort of complaint….plus It won’t be a deterrent from future Hampton Inn stays. Update - Now it’s 5:45 AM and all seems quiet. Yay!! I’m wishing those folks safe travels.

    Quiet location. Got it on priceline and the rates were very reasonable. Good breakfast. Coffee all day. Room was nice and all appliances worked including hvac. Parking is $15/day, which is typical of northeastern states. At least it wasn't $25/day like on Long Island. The last night I was there, the fire alarm went off. Firefighters were there in 2 minutes flat! It took a while for them to let us back in. Turned out someone plugged in their electric bike in their room and the battery started smoking. So, I can attest that the smoke detectors work! The lobby had very nice Christmas decorations out.

    Well the first night was all good but in the morning when I wanted to stay another night with epeletic wife we had more than enough on our card to pay and it would say approved but the it would decline the payment so I I went and put More money on my card and it still declined my card and while this was happening the front desk lady started to argue with a younger person so and am 52 and my wife is 43 but we don't look it so we felt very discriminated after I let staff know that my wife has neurological problems they asked if they were going to have a problem I said no and all of a sudden my card was getting declined very unhappy with this hotel but I went to the AC MARRIOTT and the work perfectly hows does that happen,
