The staff worked with me to ensure I had the ADA room and an adjoining room, for my caregiver, and actually held the reservation! They went out of their way to help us at every turn. My only complaint with the ADA room was that the actual shower stall was only the size of a bathtub--it would be nice if it was larger. I will be staying here again when I next visit my daughter. Highly recommend this hotel for their hospitality and service.

The staff are super friendly and I’ve never had a problem if I needed to adjust my stays due to unforeseen circumstances. The rooms I’ve had were all clean and properly maintained. Free breakfast is a nice benefit if you need a quick bite in the morning. There is a grille close by that has a nice menu and they offer pick up if you would rather relax in the room. I would say this place is more business oriented but I have also seen plenty of family stay here for weddings and other gatherings. Gym machines work fine and there is enough equipment to get a good workout in the morning or afternoon. They also have coin laundry for longer stays. Overall, very impressed!
