  This is how you do hospitality!!!! Never experienced such friendly service at a hotel, ever. I am so impressed. They were so very helpful when I arrived late at night with my mother, who is handicapped, and my baby (9 months). Larry is who checked us in and helped with so much, bringing things in, allowing us to use a photo of ID because it was misplaced, gave us some treats and water since it was late. Was so very friendly, welcoming and understanding. Lounge was extremely clean and updated, Breakfast was fresh and delicious, pool was nice and clean, laundry room was efficient, room was spacious. Only thing that could have been done better was the bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Otherwise this is a dream hotel.

  Our room was very spacious! Was nice having hot breakfast included with our room. Also loved the greeting on the TV when we got in the room!

  Weird handicap room , beds had no legs. Room smelled weird. Kids knocking on doors all night.

  I have stayed at many hilton's hampton inns and marriotts, and choose to do so because I have a pet, and this chain is pet friendly. This hotel the grounds was not anywhere is up kept as the most that I have stayed in. There were no doggy bags in the. Receptacles for the doggy pet relief spots. There were so many cigarette butts all over the grounds, empty coffee cups, even a beer can you would think they would have a cigarette butt receptacle for folks to put their butts in. I am not a smoker and that's another reason why I choose this smoke-free chain, but please cater to the folks that do smoke outside. My room was probably a 4 out of 5, but the bathroom had some issues. One being the shampoo bottle container was broke off the wall, and just sitting in the corner of the tub, Empty, and there was no shampoo in the bottle to be offered. The bottom of the tub had a big stain in it as to look like it was dirt. The light switch area had smudges, all over the switch, and to me, it looked like a smudge of feces underneath it. Which really grossed me out. The toilet paper had maybe 4 sheets of toilet paper on the roll, but it did have an extra roll next to it. I had booked a 2 night stay, but ended up leaving after the one night stay, I couldn't get refunded due the the 48 hour cancelation policy . When I did bring it to the front desk attention when checking out. The response was that they have a lot of new chamber maids, but they would bring it to the manager's attention. I have not heard anything as of yet. Location of this hotel was awesome. It was right off route 90 and had plenty of places to eat. In the area. The morning coffee was very good, but I have to say the buffet was a little bit sketchy. Once again, I'm sure there was a reason for all of this, but surely did not measure up to other Hampton Inns or Marriott or Hiltons that I have stayed in and they are are all part of the same chain.. This was the last day of my 15 year old dog and my 7 day road trip and it kind of put a damper on the ending of our vacation..
