- SSSiyuan ShanDec 29, 20251.0The front desk service is a joke. I booked two consecutive days separately and I was told I need to check in again on the 2nd day. I am okay with that. At 1 am 12/29/2025, I went to the front desk and I was told it is okay to check in again before 3 pm. However, I was waken up at 11 am while I was sleeping by door knocking to ask me to check out. I politely told her that I have 1 more day. 1 min later, another phone call disturbs me again, wakening my wife as well this time. Both me and my wife went asleep at 6 am that day and we are extremely sleepy when we were waken up.

Only after I called did they say it was for “damage to the TV” in my room. I did not damage the TV, and it appeared to be in normal condition when I checked out. I also noticed another review reporting the same issue. Be very careful with this property—document your room thoroughly with photos or video and closely monitor your credit card statements after your stay.

Despite the review, the parking was very close and effortless. We booked a balcony suite which was spacious and functional enough, but here’s the thing. A part of ceramic toilet water tank was broken off. The shampoo bottle mounted to on the shower wall came off, exposing big chipped shower wall. It didn’t impact anything to malfunction but just wasn’t pleasant and had me wonder about the overall maintenance of the place.
