- WWWillDec 16, 20255.0Went up for an event at SCOB with daughter and first time staying at Home2 Suites, and just loved it. The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff from the front desk to the breakfast bar were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We picked a room on the top floor near the end and it was quiet. As for the room, it was a good size for the two of us. It has a decent work desk/area and I love they have a curtain divider in the middle separating the living/working area with the sleeping area and block the light, so I could work while my daughter slept. The bed and bedding, they were so comfortable to our liking. We woke up refreshed even after a long drive, a late night arrival, and an early morning the next day. I am even considering getting one of those mattress for our home. Overall it was a great stay and definitely will be back there again next time.

When I asked for my 2 bottles of water (which weren’t offered at check in) I was told “oh we ran out but you can buy water out of the fridge”…..so they had bottled water but only for selling. So much for the Diamond benefits. Looks like its an early checkout here and off to a different hotel.

The AI person tried to charge me for my room up front after telling me this. There is no military discounts. Will NEVER try them again.
