Rates skyrocket to an almost indecent level, yet the service and facilities remain exactly the same as on a regular night. Despite the premium price, I found mold in the bathroom, and the pool area was clearly not maintained to an acceptable standard. These issues would be disappointing at any price point, but they feel particularly unacceptable when the nightly rate is inflated so dramatically. The hotel itself is fine, but if the pricing model suggests a “premium experience” on game days, the guest experience needs to follow. At the moment, the gap between cost and quality is far too wide.

Sam, Nadia, and Emanuel at the front desk were awesome. They dealt with every odd request I’ve had the last couple of weeks. The rooms are very comfortable. Plenty of places to eat nearby and there is a Walmart five minutes down the road if you need supplies. I’ll be back the next time I come out here for work. By far, one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Thank you!

It was almost like a mini apartment (minus the stove of course) but we absolutely loved it. Breakfast was great as well. We will definitely be coming back!
