- MOMark O.2 days ago4.0Not a bad place. Rooms are clean. Stayed here multiple times. I would rate them a two as far as billing. Again quoted a price with tax included. Get the bill and 10% more. I should have checked again, but figured a third time it would be correct.
- CSCharles Sichel-Outcalt5 days ago3.0The physical structure of this hotel is fine. Lobby and meeting rooms are spacious and clean. However, the staff seem overwhelmed and overworked. Getting my room cleaned for the first time, on my third day at the hotel, took five or six requests at the front desk. Light sleepers might need to book elsewhere. Each time the door of the room next to ours slammed shut, everything in our our room jumped a bit, and the bed banged against the wall.

Their hotel had 3 floors closed by the fire department was what they told me . I was so upset it was Christmas Eve so I was asking for a refund atleast to book another hotel and they couldn’t even do that ! Now it’s December 29th and I’m still fighting for my money back after they canceled my reservation the day before and ruined my holiday !

The front desk staff were truly wonderful—friendly, professional, and very accommodating. A special shout-out to Joseph for going above and beyond by helping us with an early check-in and a late check-out, which made a big difference with our competition schedule. As an extra bonus, they even covered our breakfast, which was greatly appreciated. Comfortable stay, great service, and outstanding hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to families attending events in the area.
