The hotel is okay, however we were placed in a connecting room with a barking dog next door. The guests were noisy all night. Breakfast was limited and location is near the freeway... not much great food places in the area. Overall, the hotel is okay if you're seeking to stay on a budget.

Wallpaper peeling off the walls. When the heat turns on, it is so loud that it wakes you up. The toilet ran 24/7. There was a ball of hair on the bathroom floor and short hairs on the walls of the shower. Stains on the carpet in the room. The curtains are not room darkening so you wake up with sunrise. The elevator makes dinging noises all night, so if you have a room next to it, it'll keep you awake.

My son and I came from Wisconsin for the National Basketball Museum. The hotel was just 25 min from the airport and easy to find. The staff at the desk was fantastic. Our room has a view of the basketball museum and my son was so stoked! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and there were usb chargers. The breakfast has oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee, eggs, sausage, tater tots, bagels, bread, make your own Belgian waffles with toppings like whipped cream, syrup, caramel, chocolate chips and sprinkles. There were also muffins, scones and fruit. The staff even held our bags for us while we were at the museum. Google maps says this hotel is 2 stars but I would easily say it is 3. I’ve been staying at Tru hotels lately and have stayed at Embassy Suites, Hilton Garden Inn and Sonesta and this place is right up there.

This is just a meh Hampton Inn. Nothing terrible here to report, not really the cleanest or in best condition, service isn’t great but certainly isn’t bad, it kind of just meets the requirements of a Hampton Inn. That said, the value for its location to both the casino and basketball hall of fame makes up for most of this. Can’t complain about the rate.

Room had an extra chaise lounge chair, which we needed. Hubby has congestive heart failure and cannot sleep flat...this chair was perfect for his needs. The bed was huge. I shared it with my daughter and didn't even know she was there while I slept! The bathroom was big-- perfect size. We didn't have the maid come in, but we were able to get extra pillows and towels, so the service was great. The location was not a 10. Maybe a 8.5. There were no stores nearby and that was a bummer. However, there was plenty of parking which was well appreciated. The breakfast was scrumptious! Eggs n sausage n homefries n apples n bananas n waffles, etc, etc, etc. One thing we really appreciated was that they held the room for us. We didn't get in til around midnight and I called a couple of times to assure them we were on our way. AND it was their last room. They held it and I was so appreciative; I didn't have to go and find another hotel. Whew!!! 💜🌈💚🇺🇦🩵
