The rooms are so cozy and the breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend staying here. Shopping/eating amenities very close as well.

The office Manager Mandy was extremely rude to me over the phone about the payment, which by the way was going to be paid when we arrived. Once we got there Mandy’s attitude didn’t change at all. No apology, no eye contact no customer service at all. The next morning housekeeping knocked on our door twice, once around 9am and the other at 11am. I will say my wife and did sleep a little past 11am, so that is our fault. When we called to ask for late check out the lady was rude and rushing me off the phone. The lady stated I cannot give you guys late check out because I have already given out 9. I replied and said what does that have to do with us? She stated that housekeeping told her no and she couldn’t do anything for us. At that point housekeeping came again but with security. My wife and I will never go back to this hotel. To get treated so poorly was unacceptable.

This hotel is right off the exit and close to everywhere we need to go. The coffee and tea bar is very well stocked, good and much appreciated. The cookies and other treats at the front desk are wonderful especially when traveling with children. The free breakfast every morning is a great value, good food and Nick follows food safety, is always cleaning up and stocking items. I appreciate this from a food service and food safety background. There is a pool and exercise room also that are great when traveling with children and teens! Amazing job all around to all at this hotel. I highly recommend!!
