Nice views and close to town. My only complaint is that the 40 dollars per nite pet fee seems ridiculous. Other than that I had no issues.

If you’re looking for a quiet vacation away from the bustle, this is your spot. It is about a 40 minute walk from Provincetown shops and restaurants. The Coast bike company has hourly rentals right at the hotel (about $25), and you can take a bike or scooter to get to the shops. The pool is beautiful and clean. The lobby area has lots of couches for hanging out with friends. The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff was very nice. In fact, every staff member I came in contact with was fantastic. The beach is right across the street; be careful on the rocks, we had one friend slip and get some pretty bad booboos.

Rooms are very clean and well appointed. Unfortunately walls between adjoining rooms are paper thin and noisey neighbors can be an annoyance.

Love this hotel! We’ve stayed a few times and each time was great. The rooms are tiny, but you get a large lounger outside your room to hang out and relax. They have a serviceable gym and a grill/picnic table area. Most importantly, it’s located right across the street from a beach! The service has always been amazing, but they do not turn down the room daily. You have to request it. Pet friendly. Can’t wait to come back.
