Our unique property offers all rooms full view glass doors and large picture windows for a peek at the water – many with south facing direct water views providing for sun-soaked lounging all day long, and each room features a well-appointed deck area for your exclusive use to enjoy your morning coffee, evening beverage, or just the fresh ocean air.

- SPSusan PitmanOct 26, 20255.0If you’re looking for a quiet vacation away from the bustle, this is your spot. It is about a 40 minute walk from Provincetown shops and restaurants. The Coast bike company has hourly rentals right at the hotel (about $25), and you can take a bike or scooter to get to the shops. The pool is beautiful and clean. The lobby area has lots of couches for hanging out with friends. The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff was very nice. In fact, every staff member I came in contact with was fantastic. The beach is right across the street; be careful on the rocks, we had one friend slip and get some pretty bad booboos.

- DDDaveAug 1, 20255.0Love this hotel! We’ve stayed a few times and each time was great. The rooms are tiny, but you get a large lounger outside your room to hang out and relax. They have a serviceable gym and a grill/picnic table area. Most importantly, it’s located right across the street from a beach! The service has always been amazing, but they do not turn down the room daily. You have to request it. Pet friendly. Can’t wait to come back.
