- CNCecily NievesDec 27, 20251.0We booked for adjoining rooms, only to be told at check in that they do not have adjoining rooms. Do not use the pool in winter. It’s freezing. Only 2/7 of my party could tolerate the temperature. We picked this based on the indoor pool and adjoining rooms. Breakfast was mediocre and always needing restocked. No sugar and no syrup. 5th floor had an horrendous pet feces smell. Our room was clean and staff were friendly. Pet friendly as well.

It's disappointing to have to change rooms, especially with a baby, and on top of that, there's no refund because of this problem. You should fix this problem as soon as possible. I put 5 stars for the rest because everything was fond except this.

I didn't use many of the services because I arrived late and was only staying for one night, however the front desk clerk was amazing. I would give it a five-star, however, the rug in the room had clearly not been vacuumed. There were what looks like crushed goldfish in the carpet and the residue of something that had been eaten on the ottoman in the living room. The most of the room was clean, it was clear that the upholstered furniture and the rug we're not vacuum before I came. Because of my late arrival and early leaving the next day I didn't report the issue, but it was gross.
