Needed a cheap place to stay for a few nights while having some work done in our house. It was better than we expected, actually quite nice! Very friendly staff, very clean room, plenty of towels, very comfortable bed, good work space. Plenty of free parking. Room included fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Included breakfast with limited, but tasty, selection: pre-made omelets, bagels, waffles, bacon or sausage, hot & cold cereal, fruit, juice, yogurt, etc. Complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate in lobby - not sure if 24 hour, but seemed to always be available.

Poor experience. Room was dirty whole box of cookies had fallen and broken behind dresser and never cleaned up, stains on curtains, bed spread looked like blood. Pillows were all feather pillows and no support at all. Rooms were noisy could hear the guy next room talking on his phone and dog was barking and banging on the wall day or night. Complained to him. He said it wasn't him, it was coming from upstairs. Callend manager and they said there was no one upstairs and told us it must be ghosts. At checkout I wanted to voice my frustration but was only asked if I wanted a receipt. Only positive was the breakfast buffet.

If you choose to stay here you get two things. You get a room in which you can sleep and shower. You also get the amazing customer service that people like the lead front desk Cassie provide! My whole travel group will never forget her work ethic or her genuine smile. Do yourself a favor. Check in here.

Upon arrival there was nobody at the desk so my boyfriend and I waited a little bit before someone came to greet us. The girl who did come to the desk did not seem enthusiastic to help us and barely even spoke to us. I also noticed while checking in that there is a camera that is facing just the pool so the desk agents can see who is in the pool while at the desk. I get it maybe being there because of safety concerns but the pool is almost directly next to the desk/lobby area. All it takes is a walk around the desk to see the pool. This alone made me uncomfortable to swim in the pool out of fear id be getting watched the whole time and just made me uncomfortable which sucks because I was really looking forward to swimming before arriving.
Room itself was clean only complaints are the tub faucet dripped all night with no way to stop it, and there was no light blocking curtain so I was up very early in the morning and couldn't go back to sleep. Also there were many holes/rips in the shower curtain. But the bed was very comfortable and clean and so was the rest of the room. Kudos to housekeeping!
Location was decently close to Salem which is why we stayed here in the first place. I hated how the hotel was in between a highway and a main road but I was in the 6th floor so it was pretty quiet thankfully. Breakfast was a typical hampton breakfast buffet not much to say about that. Only stayed one night and it was not a bad stay. Would not stay here again though due to not feeling very welcome upon check in and not being able to utilize the pool like I wanted to!

We had a comfortable stay. Rooms are a bit outdated with the exception of the locks on the main doors of the Rooms. Service is great, but nothing above and beyond. There is however a ventilation issue with the Rooms, always seems damp after a shower which lingers through the day.
