- JAJames AustinNov 29, 20254.0My wife and I stayed for a few nights during the Thanksgiving holidays. Pulling off Route 1 into the parking lot is a little tricky, but otherwise, it was nice to have a hotel within driving distance of so many towns. The front desk agent checked us in quickly after we had checked in on Hilton Honors, and we were able to get our room keys without any issue. She also gave us all of the relevant information about breakfast, fitness room hours, and other amenities. The business center was mostly a printer located in the corner of the lobby, but we never ended up using it. And the breakfast hot selections were small and usually rotated (eggs/omelets, sausage, potatoes), but we had no complaints here too. Our 2-queen room was plenty spacious, and gave us all the room we needed. The TV worked well, and we only had to turn on the fridge dial after checking in. All lights in the room were working well too. There did appear to be one small mark on the wall from possibly an iron(?), and there were times where the room got too hot at night. In the bathroom, the flange around the shower head had come off, and the shower head adjuster was loose, but otherwise worked perfectly. Our one large concern was in the bedding. We were tired from a 10-hour drive, but we noticed there were stains on one of the fitted sheets, and on the comforter as well. Our hope was that housekeeping would come the following day to change them out - which didn't happen. Housekeeping did service our sheets on Wednesday, however when we looked closer, they did not change the fitted sheets. We only had one more night, so it didn't matter too much for the quality of our stay. I did end up telling the front desk when we checked out, and the agent seemed to take note of it. There are some things that could use improvement, but overall, there weren't many things wrong with our stay - outside of the one bedding comment above.
