Homewood Suites in Needham, Massachusetts offers a consistently clean and quiet environment suited for business travelers and extended stays. Housekeeping staff maintain common areas and rooms to a high standard, and corridors remain free of noise during both evening and early morning hours. Rooms are spacious and organized in a way that supports longer visits, including functional kitchen areas, adequate desk space, and reliable Wi-Fi connections for remote work. Front-desk staff respond promptly to routine requests and check-in procedures move efficiently even during peak times. Parking is available on-site and access to nearby corporate offices and Route 128 supports commuter travel without unnecessary delays. Breakfast options carry a modest selection but remain well-stocked and maintained throughout service hours. Public areas such as the lobby and fitness room are clean and rarely overcrowded, which supports a comfortable stay without disruption. A wider food selection and evening service options would improve the overall experience for guests staying more than a few days, but the strengths in cleanliness, quiet rooms, and attentive staff place this property above comparable mid-tier hotels in the area. A rating of approximately 4.3 out of 5 feels appropriate.

This place was super nice and was recently updated. The lobby was nice and bar seating area was modern and well appointed. The rooms were very clean and well appointed with everything you could think of for one night or ten. Breakfast was the usual stuff but the people working were super nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

This is for the hotel administration process. I spent almost $1000 for a weekend for my children to spend a staycation weekend here. On the website *pool open* when I get there, I politely ask what time does the pool close they tell me. As I finish paying, I am *then* told the pool is closed. I ask, well if it was closed why wasn’t there any information to say it’s closed? Why did you wait to tell me after I paid? Then a particular gentleman came out and said “we have a basketball court, and there’s nothing we can do.” As a Black female, I absolutely took offense, and besides, I didn’t ask for a basketball court I asked about the pool. I ended up having to escalate the situation to Hilton Corporate, where they informed me I would be reimbursed by the hotel directly, since they refused to release my reservation. Well 3 days later, I am informed by Hilton that the hotel declined my refund “because the pool was temporarily closed.” The entire situation left a very poor impression on this hotel. All I wanted was transparency and a little respect and understanding from their bait and switch. I even requested to just move to a different hotel I just wanted to give the kids the experience that was owed to me. They refused to let my reservation go. I was so disappointed in how I was treated, especially since all I was looking for was understanding for paying for a service they clearly didn’t want the public to know was unavailable. I will not be returning, for the lying, bait and switch of the pool availability, then the smug service from the male supervisor made me feel like my kids and I were not welcome.
