    Really friendly and attentive service, especially Ellen on the front desk who made sure i got my wake up call cause i was jet lagged. Food was great, wish the kitchen would be open later. Rooms are clean, but lacked amenities and mine had no fridge. The bed was so good

    I just want to express how wonderful it feels to stay at a hotel where you are truly well taken care of. From the moment I arrived, Zena greeted me at the front desk with exceptional warmth and professionalism. She is an amazing person—absolutely accommodating, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. Hilton hotels have always been among my favorites, but this stay stood out in a special way. Everything about the experience was elevated, and Zena’s kindness made it even more memorable. Absolutely loved it!

    Love coming here always stay here when I come to Boston one of the best things about my stay is Blondie has the best customer service you can imagine! Really love the hotel. The restaurant is great for breakfast. And the hotel has a super cool vibe you’re gonna love it.
