    Some may find this hotel convenient, but it is in a nightmare of a traffic spot. Super annoying. As with many chains, they put money in updating lobby and common area, but forget about the rooms. Some rooms had refrigerators, others did not so if you care, make sure you ask. Heater/AC old and bangs constantly. And as a chain, I ask, why double beds. Please update to queens. And please update TV to stream. Bedding is thin and unappealing. Staff were nice, which I appreciate. Parking lot small.

    Enjoyed it for many years, but quality of life has dropped off of late. Last two visits have featured party animals in a neighboring room and parking-lot music so loud I could hear it on the sixth floor.

    my receptionist was Dwayne and I just remember them being very opened and celebratory because it was me and my sister‘s birthday weekend. They were very kind people great value for the cost paid. This will definitely be a place that I will be keeping kept secret because it is an amazing experience. thank you so much for the wonderful time and a memory me and my sister will never forget !!!🥹

    Dwayne took care of me during both my stays here, and honestly thank God for him! I came first for work and then again for the Patriots game, and he made everything feel comfortable and easy. You’re lucky to have someone like him on the team!

    Bedbugs. Crawling on my pillow. Caught one bug in a cup and showed it to the front desk. There was a nest (?) of some sort on the corner of the mattress, too. Have stayed at many Hampton Inns before and have never had this issue. Left quickly for another hotel. Staff member was professional and apologetic.
