As with many chains, they put money in updating lobby and common area, but forget about the rooms. Some rooms had refrigerators, others did not so if you care, make sure you ask. Heater/AC old and bangs constantly. And as a chain, I ask, why double beds. Please update to queens. And please update TV to stream. Bedding is thin and unappealing. Staff were nice, which I appreciate. Parking lot small.

They were very kind people great value for the cost paid. - MMMANov 13, 20251.0Bedbugs. Crawling on my pillow. Caught one bug in a cup and showed it to the front desk. There was a nest (?) of some sort on the corner of the mattress, too. Have stayed at many Hampton Inns before and have never had this issue. Left quickly for another hotel. Staff member was professional and apologetic.
