The service here is friendly and helpful, but the facilities really miss the mark. My room was recently remodeled but already showing signs of wear and felt unfinished; the AC filter was dirty and the unit was missing flashing. The bathroom was frustrating—no large bath towels, a loud faucet, and a failing showerhead. My dad's room hadn't been renovated yet and was much worse.
The layout is confusing; we had to walk through the pool room just to reach the elevator for the third floor. Also, the TV doesn't allow casting from personal devices. Legends is an okay bar and grill. Three stars because the bed was comfortable, the WiFi was good, and the staff tried their best

Great hotel for anyone who is hard of hearing. The walls and doors of these Hilton hotels provide a physical barrier but do nothing to mask literally ANY sound coming from the hallways or next room over. Make sure you don’t divulge any sensitive information while staying in a Hilton!

I was here for four weeks. The personnel were very friendly and helpful, especially in Il Cigno and the shuttle service, where they gave me tips about language and things to do in Milford (it was my first travel to USA and english is my second language), and Front Desk people were always eager to help me when I screwed the reservation I made. I felt very confortable. Thank you!
