During our two-night stay for a wedding, blue chemically tinted water came out of our shower, staining towels and making the water unsafe to use. Maintenance never returned to check our room, and the front desk failed to follow up despite promises to update us. We couldn’t shower or brush our teeth before the event and were very disappointed with the staff’s lack of response and concern.

Rooms are older and on the small side but clean and perfectly fine for a short stay. The front desk team deserves credit — they were welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Where the stay went sideways was the bar, or the bartender. We had a group of about 10 in the bar at the same time as another wedding party. The other party had apparently pre-arranged for the bar to stay open later, but this was never communicated to anyone else in the bar. The bartender told us we could not order another round while allowing the other group to order, with no explanation. It wasn’t the rule that was frustrating — it was the lack of communication and the matter-of-fact, unfriendly way it was delivered. If we had simply been told, “We’re closed except for a pre-reserved group,” we would have moved without issue. Instead, she waited until we went to order again and said we couldn't... and she was rude when we didn't know the details as she should have communicated them. This was all after her generally slow service, incorrect orders, and where she hadn't checked in on us as well - so it was a layering of issues with her. By the end, it created tension and discomfort for both groups unnecessarily. And, it took the evening to a place it didn't need to go. All that was needed was proactive communication in a friendly way. Fail. I completed the hotel survey and was texted that someone would call to discuss, but no one ever followed up — which makes asking for feedback feel performative instead of meaningful. So, figured I'd post here instead. Great front desk, but bar service and communication need serious improvement. If you have a party staying there, also call amd pre-arrange the bar apparently and ask for a bartender that hopefully wasn't the one we had.

Fantastic staff! We had a wedding party there and their staff is not only friendly but incredibly accommodating, polite, and ethical. If you need a hotel in the area, it is highly recommended!

Place is worn, dated and poorly staffed. Paying over $200 a night and no housekeeping service. Wall coverings peeling off the wall, electrical outlet next to the bed non functioning, bath caulking needed. I’ve stayed here for many, many years thru multiple brands, and this is disappointing.

Business Block for 18 people. We had a team meeting in nearby Devens with associates coming from all over the US and some from Europe. I contacted the hotel and worked with Michele to get a great group rate that helped us stay on budget. The hotel is very nice overall, suitable for executives, especially the Deluxe King rooms which feature a separate living room with wet bar. The breakfast is a buffet of hot (scrambled eggs, eggs with ham, crispy bacon, sausage, hot oatmeal..) plus toasts, English muffins, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruits etc. There's a smaller restaurant in the lobby which had delicious food (try the turkey club!) and the male waiter/bartender was amazing even when we brought the whole group in for dinner and drinks. The staff was friendly. There's a nicely appointed mini store in the lobby with self service. It's quiet, clean, classy and located right off the exit for easy commutes. I would continue to recommend this location for business or even personal stays.
