Totally disappointed in this Hilton DoubleTree on Cape Cod. The hotel and furniture in the room is old and not up to the quality of other Hilton’s. Remodeling and updates need to be done.

My husband and I were very happy with this hotel. What we were not happy about was the massive team of hockey players. I would guess 10ish years old. They played hockey in the hallways for hours. The first night well after the 10pm quiet hour. 10pm is too late for a quiet hour. The second day it has been going on for over 7 hours. It is 9:30pm. The parents are sitting on hallways floors watching them raise hell. 7 hours! I just went out and they don't seem to be phased at all that someone other than their group is in this hotel. It is not the hotels fault that the parents have no consideration for others, but at the very least our room should never have been put near them.
I did reach out to the front desk and they were very responsive. I understand they cannot control the lack of parenting.
