I don't recommend this hotel, the hotel is under construction with a lot of noise, dirt and they still smoke marijuana bothering the guests and the hotel doesn't tell the people who make the reservation about the work. There is no jacuzzi available and the pool water is dirty with sludge at the bottom. On the website it says daily cleaning in the room, they don't clean, they don't change towels or sheets. The photos of the hotel in the booking are not up to date, they put us in rooms outside the hotel which is horrible to have to cross in the cold, if I knew I would never have booked this hotel because in the booking photos they only show a photo of the front of the hotel and I didn't even imagine that the rooms were like this. The hotel says they accept pets and charge $30 per night but you can't walk anywhere with the dog, is the hotel pet friendly or not? The only good thing is that the people at the reception are very nice but other than that I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, I came on a weekend from Friday to Sunday from November 21 to 23 to celebrate my wedding anniversary and I hated it it was better to have stayed at home, we paid to suffer because the peace and rest we wanted we didn't have with the noise, bad smell of marijuana near the room, dirty and cold pool that we couldn't even enjoy and no jacuzzi. I don't recommend it at all! Update the photos on the site and at least warn the guests about the renovation and about not having a jacuzzi stop deceiving people. What a shame!

I made a reservation for one night at this location and was placed in a pet room that was not cleaned, there were stains on the bed, bugs in the bed, mold in the shower, and the room was musty and smelled very unpleasant. We were unable to complete our one night stay due to the, frankly negligent, conditions and you guys have not gotten back to me to discuss anything, other than flat out refusing to offer any refund or remedy of some sort - without even talking to me yet! This is unacceptable - both the standard of care of the hotel and the actions of your local management and customer service. I have tried reaching out to Best Western customer service to no avail.

I made a reservation a month ahead of time and found out on day of arrival price had dropped by $75 per night. Management was curt and had no interest in helping. They said the hotel was fully booked - it clearly wasn’t. It was the least impressive Best Western experience I’ve ever had.

As a VIP member I mistakenly believed that meant something. Our room was like a matchbox, no room for our luggage and very little room to even move around. There were 3 of us and a 5 lb. dog. We have traveled a lot and usually with our family dog with few issues. At our Cape Cod Best Western we asked for a different room and that decision can only be made by the manager who wasn't there. When asked if we could speak to the manager we were told no. We were continues to be told the manager comes and goes as he feels and even when he's there guests can't talk to him. Needless to say, we are looking to stay somewhere else. Best Western Plus; please don't go by the name. Customer service is gone and it's quite sad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I must say that breakfast was great Lydia is a hard worker and you are lucky to have her she’s kind,patient and a great cook 😊 We will come back because of her. We also loved that the pool was nice and warm. Good Job Best Western Cape Cod and THANK YOU LYDIA 😍
