Terrible experience at this location. I understand that this is a pet friendly location but the people in the room next to us thought it was a good idea to go out and leave their dog barking all night. We called several times to complain about it but the young lady couldn't be bothered and never offered to move us. Hard to believe as the parking lot was very empty so Im assuming they weren't full. Finally at 130am we heard their door slam from coming back from wherever they were and the dog stopped barking.
If that wasn't bad enough the climate unit in our room would make an awful loud sound every time it turned on. It sounded like someone was drumming on the outside of the unit for a minute every time it turned on. It was a cold night so anyone can imagine how many times we had to listen to it.
As a Hilton Honors member I definitely expected alot more out of this location.
Got absolutely no rest and ended up going home early and very tired.

Decent hotel but don’t cancel too late. We were going to stay here for a second time, but had to cancel.I injured my knee while staying in the catskills the night before. So we went home.
Apparently after their deadline to cancel. So were out $375.00 when we did not use the room.
No worries there are plenty of other hotels in the area.
Just my opinion, but their decision to charge us anyway is very short sighted.
We have stayed in hundreds of hotels in our nearly 40 years of marriage and never had this happen to us before.

A dump. A clean dump but a dump never-the-less.
Front desk encounter when our key cards stopped working:
Us: "Will these replacement key cards get us intoa our room?"
Front Desk: "I can't guarantee that they will."
Lever on toilet was so stiff it required two hands to perate.
Shower valve handle appears to have be turned to the off position with a torque wrench.
Each area (lobby, elevator, hallway, room) has its own, disgusting, musty odor
