The room itself was okay - the energy thing about the lights makes sense but dumb. What I cannot say enough about is the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Laurie especially went over and above in helping us switch our room from the 3rd floor to a ground floor room just to accommodate our elderly pet with mobility issues. The care and concern everyone showed for him was amazing and definitely puts this hotel at the top of my "pet friendly" list.

The location is great with a quick and easy on and off the interstate. We could not hear any road noise, however there were dogs who barked at EVERYTHING and small humans that made a lot of noise. I don’t know how loud the TV in the room next to us was, but we could almost hear every word. The dogs’ relentless barking was not a hotel issue, it was definitely an irresponsible dog owner issue. If you are going to be staying in a hotel with your dogs a bark or two is okay, but carrying on for several minutes is not. This hotel has energy efficient card holders for lights and the HVAC system. While a great idea in theory, this is a terrible idea in practice especially with digital key being an option. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! The parts the hotel staff could control were very nice!

Stayed here with my wife. The room was decent, kinda weird to have to stick a card (I used my license) in this thing on the wall to get the lights to work. I’m guessing they do this to keep guests from leaving lights on when no one’s home. I don’t usually stay in extended stay suites but the ones I’ve been at have had a stove top in the room. I thought it was weird that there was a full fridge, dishwasher, and plates and cups, but not stove top. We didn’t need it for our one night so I didn’t care, but wanted to share the observation. Breakfast was OK. Kinda wished I went next door to the Hampton Inn as generally speaking they have a decent hotel breakfast. I would stay here again if needed.

I had to stay after getting caught in the Noreaster rain storm while traveling in the area. The pricepoint was comparable to other places nearby. Right off 495 which allowed me to get on the road quickly the next day. Walls are super thin and I could hear all the people coming and going that night. Comfy bed was a big bonus after a terribly sketchy drive.
