The staff treated me well, the room was great, the bathroom was well designed (as a frequent business traveler I'm surprised at how few times I can say that). It was kinda fun staring at the football stadium and it was great that there were multiple restaurants in walking distance.

Even if a death in the family, even if canceling 8 months in advance. And now they take FULL payment upfront even if 8 months in advance. This is a HORRIBLE company practice of greed and not customer friendly!!! Look at the 314 Google Reviews on the Hilton Worldwide Corporate Headquarters 2.0 Star. I have never seen a lower Google Review then 2 star. I recommend Renaissance Hotels, & Marriot Hotels that care about their customers.

I asked if all the beds were the same, and they said yes for the most part. It’s definitely family friendly, because it was pretty loud too with stomping above us but we stayed on a game day so that was to be expected.

No sleep, No explanation, no apology, nothing.. It was supposed to be a relaxing night away but it was a disaster. What a waste of money!
